Our mission is to address the concerns of The Vinings community as a whole, to exercise all powers and privileges and to perform all of the duties and obligations of the Association, to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of all improvements on the property and the common property as outlined in the Declaration of the Covenants and Restrictions as recorded in the public record of St. Johns County, Florida.
The Vinings Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the members of the Association. The Board of Directors of the Association has the power and duty to administer the affairs of the Association in accordance with the governing documents (Articles of Incorporation / By-Laws and Covenant Restrictions). The Board is also responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of The Vinings.
No. Any person who becomes an Owner in The Vinings residential community is automatically a Member of The Association. Membership is mandatory. It ceases when the person ceases to own in The Vinings community. Every member is subject to the requirements of the governing documents (Articles of Incorporation / By-Laws and Covenants).
